Schedule & Classes
Basic Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes provide the AAU required skills necessary for
level progression.
For little ones, we offer "Pregym" and "Kindergym".
For children roughly 5 or 6 years old, we offer "Beginning Boys" and girls
"Level 1" classes.
As students progress, they will be moved up into the "Intermediate Boys"
and girls "Level 2" classes.
The next progression is to "Advanced Boys and girls "Level 3 & up"
classes.
Tumbling
If gymnastics or cheerleading isn't up your ally, perhaps one of these
will better suit your needs.
"Flex & Conditioning" is a class that focuses on conditioning and
strengthening muscles. A great way to stay in shape, especially for
seasonal sports.
"Trixter" classes are fun and current. With Parkour on the rise, this
class teaches beginner-advanced skills in preperation for free-running
and parkour. Trixter is also great for bike, skateboard,snowboard and
other sporting tricks.
"Cheer Basics" is a great class for students entering the world of
cheerleading. With a focus on stunts, motions, jumps and more,
students can grow more skilled and confident in cheerleading.
"Bouncers" & "Jumpsters" are our trampoline classes. Skills taught in
these classes will range from beginner seat drops and timers to
extreme flipping. Spaces are limited, so be sure to inquire ahead.
Tumbling is availabe for very beginners to very advanced. From forward
rolls to layout fulls, we can train anyone to tumble! Great for dancers,
cheerleaders, break dancers, hip hop dancers, or martial artists.
Competitive Cheer
Our cheer squads are made up of various age and skill leveled
students. We compete in 5-8 competitions per year. Each season
typically runs May through April.

The 2011-2012 season has already started. New season begins in May 2012. Any interested students are urged to join tumbling or cheer basics to prep for next season.
